Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Dailysoftbd website and use of DailyCommerce and MetaService. A separate agreement or order may set additional terms for your business, including pricing, support and service commitments. Features are subject to availability, your subscription and any required platform approvals.
Accounts and business authorization
You must have authority to act for the business and to connect or manage its accounts and assets. Keep your credentials secure, grant access only to appropriate users and tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for the instructions and actions of users you authorize.
Acceptable use and customer information
Use the services lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not use them for fraud, spam, harassment, unauthorized access or content that violates applicable law or platform rules. You are responsible for your content, customer notices, required permissions and the accuracy of information supplied to the service.
Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp integrations
Connecting a Meta account authorizes the service to perform the features and permissions you select. Connected features depend on Meta's APIs, account eligibility and permissions. You must comply with Meta's applicable business, advertising and messaging policies, including consent, permitted messaging windows and template requirements. Meta may restrict or remove access independently of Dailysoftbd.
Paid campaigns and advertising costs
You are responsible for reviewing campaign settings, budgets, targeting, creatives and destinations before authorizing publication. Publishing or activating campaigns can incur charges from Meta against the connected ad account. Meta advertising charges are separate from Dailysoftbd service fees unless your written agreement expressly states otherwise. Changes or cancellation may not reverse costs already incurred.
We do not guarantee ad approval, delivery, reach, sales or other campaign results. You are responsible for monitoring campaigns and stopping unwanted spend through the service where available or directly through Meta's tools.
Messages and measurement
You are responsible for messages sent on your business's behalf and for obtaining permission to contact recipients where required. Delivery depends on the external platform and recipient settings. Use pixels and conversion events only with the required notices, permissions and consent.
Ownership and permissions
You retain rights to your content and business data. You grant us permission to process that information as necessary to provide the services you request. Dailysoftbd's software, branding and other materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. Do not reproduce or misuse them without permission.
Availability, suspension and ending use
We may update features or suspend access to address security issues, misuse, platform restrictions or other service requirements. Availability can be affected by maintenance and external providers. Service commitments, fees, refunds and any limits of liability are governed by your applicable agreement and mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
You can stop using the services and revoke external account connections. Ending a connection does not automatically cancel active ads, subscriptions or charges with Meta or another provider; review and manage these directly as needed.
