Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Dailysoftbd handles information through www.dailysoftbd.com and its products, including DailyCommerce and the shared MetaService integration. References to integration features apply when those features are available and you choose to enable them.

Information we collect

• Website and account information: contact details, company information, enquiries, support correspondence and information you provide when using our services.
• Business information: the commerce records and settings you or your business submit to the products you use.
• Connected Meta accounts: when authorized, account and business identifiers, Facebook Page and Instagram professional account details, WhatsApp business account and phone number identifiers, selected assets, granted permissions and access credentials needed for the connection.
• Messages: conversations, sender identifiers, message content, attachments and delivery information made available through connected Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp accounts, together with replies sent through the service.
• Advertising and measurement: selected ad accounts, campaigns, creatives, targeting settings, budgets, performance information, pixel or dataset identifiers and event information supplied for authorized measurement.
• Technical information: request logs, browser and device information, IP addresses, session cookies and security or diagnostic records generated when accessing our services.

How we use information

We use information to provide the products you request, connect the business assets you authorize, receive and send business messages, manage approved advertising actions, support measurement, answer enquiries, maintain security and troubleshoot problems. We use Meta Platform data for the connected features you authorize. We do not sell that data.

Businesses using our services are responsible for their customer notices, permissions and lawful use of customer information. Where we handle customer records or conversations on a business's behalf, we do so to provide that business's service. Customers can also contact the relevant business about their information.

Sharing and external platforms

Information is shared with authorized members of your business and with service providers needed to operate the product, such as hosting and communications providers. When you use connected features, information is exchanged with Meta to carry out those actions, including message recipients, advertising assets and events you authorize. We may disclose information where required by law or needed to protect users and the service.

Cookies, advertising and pixels

Our services use cookies for functions such as sign-in and sessions. Website pages may load third-party advertising resources, including Google AdSense, which may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. See Google's advertising information. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies can affect sign-in and other functions.

When a business enables Meta Pixel or Conversions API, event information is sent to Meta for the measurement or advertising purposes selected by that business. The business must provide applicable notices and obtain consent where required before enabling tracking or submitting customer information.

Retention and security

We retain information while it is needed to provide the service and for legitimate security, operational or legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards and restrict access to information needed for the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Access credentials should never be included in support messages.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can request access, correction or deletion of your information by emailing dailysoftbd@dailysoftbd.com. You can revoke a Meta connection through the relevant platform's business integration or app settings. Revoking access stops future authorized access; it does not itself delete information already held by Dailysoftbd or by Meta.
